Resonate are delighted to announce that our project for UPP has achieved it's Fitwel Accreditation for Health and Wellbeing.
Fitwel focuses on acknowledging design and operations strategies that support the physical, mental and social health of those that use the building.
Sustainability was a key driver right from the outset, and Resonate worked closely with the UPP team to ensure that it remained at the heart of the concept.
Our approach to Treading Lightly meant that we were able to seek out and specify 75% of manufacturers, products and materials from within a 100-mile radius of the project. Wherever possible we reused existing CAT A fittings and incorporated a range of sustainable and recycled products.
We are quite rightly proud that the design has helped UPP achieve their ambition of having a beautiful, functional workplace that fully supports the health and wellbeing of their team.
The project was also a finalist in the 2021 SBID Awards.
