Senior Technical Designer
Reporting to the Technical Director, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience and will enjoy working as part of a dynamic team or on their own initiative.You will have an architectural technician background, with an in-depth knowledge of interior design construction packages, as well as possessing knowledge of building construction. Proficient in Auto CAD and Revit, a good knowledge of building regulations, an understanding of the planning process, the acoustic criteria required for workplace design and knowledge of performance specifications.
Your career to date will have given you extensive experience in commercial office fit out, and you will be capable of producing detail drawings, which will include fixed joinery items as well being able to produce coordinated construction drawings.
Predominantly office based, you will be required to visit site at times and should therefore have relevant site experience. You will be supporting the creative designers with any technical queries and will have an understanding of BREEAM and CDM regulations.
Salary will be subject to negotiation and based on experience.

Mid-Level Creative Interior Designer
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6-years’ experience, with a commercial interior design/interior architecture background. A genuine team player, this person will have strong creative skills, whilst the ability to draw freehand sketches would be an advantage. Along with an excellent portfolio of workplace design projects, experience of high end residential and hotel interiors would also be beneficial.
This role will be client facing and will require attendance at meetings and presentations. Capable of working on more than one project at a time, this person will be happy in a team, but will also be capable of working on their own initiative. The required software skills include a proficiency in AutoCad and Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Office 365.
A good understanding of current trends in interior design, with a focus on workplace is required, along with knowledge of relevant products, furniture and materials, underscored by a good working relationship with suppliers and dealers
