Resonate were appointed to look at the internal refurbishment of this building in the heart of the West End., along with a complex Change of Use planning application.  Our client was looking at a comprehensive refurbishment to all floors, new feature entrances along with the provision of a new roof terrace.  With the building sitting within the boundary of the Mayfair Conservation Area and next to the iconic Selfridges & Co, care had to be given to how this building could be re-energised and bought back to life within the context of the Mayfair Conservation Area.
