Initially looking at refurbishing their existing space, but following an extensive building search, accompanied by some initial test plans options, the 25th floor at 20 Fenchurch became the first choice. The project driver was to put staff and their wellbeing first, ensuring they bring people back to the workplace, attract new talent & retain existing.
