Resonate wanted to create a home from home for Parkeray, an office which had personality and that reflected their values and their people. The brief was developed through internal physiological surveys that were carried out with the staff, which informed the workplace strategy and design approach. The scheme has resulted in increased profitability and productivity as well as achieving a Well Accreditation and a BCO Award.
