Resonate undertook the design & delivery for refurbishing buildings 3000A & 3000B for Palm Capital in Solent Business Park, 40 and 50,000 sq feet. These tired buildings now have a new lease of life exciting and inviting receptions and contemporary floor plates.
In keeping with Resonate’s Treading Lightly value, the project achieved BREEAM Very Good status including new cyclist facilities & EV chargers. Overall the buildings are now contemporary in feel, with a subtle coastal theme with backlit recycled glass and yacht references evoking the proximity of the buildings to the sea.
