Resonate were appointed to undertake the transformation of this Grade II listed building in the heart of Green Park. A multi-tenanted commercial building, it was in a tired and run down state and needed reviving to enhance the tenant experience. The design seamlessly merges the historic elements with the new, and comprises CAT A floors, a new reception and other common parts, and basement works including shower rooms and cycle storage.
