This new London HQ for leading university accommodation provider UPP was designed around the concept of a university campus with wellbeing and sustainability high on the agenda. The budget for this project was reduced during the concept design stage, focussing the designers minds on cost effective solutions. We are delighted that it achieved Fitwel accreditation as was a finalist in the 2021 SBID Awards.
